The Fall Equinox- Grounding with Your Chakras

The Fall Equinox- Grounding with Your Chakras

As we transition from the bustling summer months, it’s time to shift our focus to the upcoming season. Whether you’re attending college, finalizing your year-end goals, or planning for the holidays, now is the perfect time to align with the Earth Element.

Chakra Balancing: Pay attention to your chakras, especially the Root and Heart chakras, as they are closely related to grounding and emotional well-being. Visualizations and simple hand placements help balance these energy centers. When you focus your attention on the chakras, you activate them.

  1. Place your left hand two finger widths below your navel- the Dantien point.
  2. With your right hand, rest it on your solar plexus or stomach area.
  3. Hold for several breaths
  4. Now, move your left hand to the center of your chest or Hart Chakra. Hold this new position for several breaths.
  5. Place your right hand on your throat or throat chakra for several breaths,
  6. Move your left hand to the bridge of your nose or an inch above, wherever your third eye or 6th Chakra is located. This is different for everyone. Hold for several breaths
  7. Bring your right hand to the top of your head or crown chakra for several breaths.

Remember that balance and transition are ongoing processes, and it's important to incorporate these practices regularly to maintain well-being throughout the season. By aligning your energy systems with the natural rhythms of the Earth, you can navigate life's transitions with greater grace and resilience.
